We are committed to safeguarding your personal data, ensuring full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and Google Play’s Personal Loan Policy. And PesoMate is fully dedicated to adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and platform policies, including Google Play Developer Program Policies related to financial services.
As part of our commitment to these guidelines, we clarify that our loan offerings are structured with a minimum loan term that exceeds the required limits.
We confirm that we do not offer, facilitate, or make available any loan product with a repayment term of fewer than sixty (60) days. Our loan terms are strictly between 91 days and 360 days, in full accordance with the platform's standards to encourage responsible lending.
1. Information We Collect
To provide high-quality loan services, we collect the following information:
- Personal Information: When applying for a loan, you will need to provide basic personal information such as your employment details, home address, phone number, identification number, etc.
Regarding obtaining phone numbers
To allow registration and secure login, we collect and verify your mobile phone number. This information is used only to authenticate your identity, create and manage your account, protect against unauthorized access, and support account recovery when necessary.
Your phone number is not used for any unrelated purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. All verification data is transmitted through encrypted and secure channels.
- Facial Recognition Data: To ensure your identity security, we will use facial recognition technology for identity verification.
- Device Information: This includes your device brand, model, operating system version, network environment, etc., to ensure account uniqueness and prevent credit fraud.
- App List: We collect the installed apps on your device and their usage details (e.g., app name, installation date) for credit risk assessment.
- Location Data: To confirm whether you are within our service area (Philippines), we need to obtain your approximate location information.
SMS Content: We need access to financial-related SMS content to assist in credit risk evaluation (such as bank notifications, loan confirmations, repayment reminders, etc.). We want to reassure you that we prioritize the privacy of your messages. We will only access SMS content that is relevant to financial transactions and services. Any other types of messages will remain private and inaccessible to us. Your message content will not be shared with third parties without your clear consent, unless legally mandated.
- Camera and Photo Gallery Access: To ensure the security of your account and enhance your service experience, PesoMate requires access to your camera and photo gallery solely for the following purposes: identity verification and document submission. We guarantee that we will never access any content in your gallery that is unrelated to these purposes without your explicit consent.
- Advertising ID: We collect the Advertising ID from your device, which is a unique, resettable identifier assigned to your device by your operating system. This allows us to provide relevant financial services, enhance your user experience, and ensure the security of your account.
2. Children's Privacy Protection
We take children's privacy protection seriously and comply with relevant laws and regulations:
- Target Audience: Our services are intended only for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a minor (under 18) has submitted personal information, we will promptly delete this data and suspend or cancel their account.
- Parents and Guardians: If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. We will take necessary measures to delete the personal information of the minor upon your request.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party, unless required by Philippine laws or regulations, or with your explicit consent.
Alibaba Cloud SDK
We use the Alibaba Cloud SDK to securely upload images that users intentionally provide—such as ID card photos or selfies—for identity verification. Only images voluntarily selected by users are processed, and we do not access any other files or media on the device.
Data Processing:
All data is transferred via HTTPS encryption and is used exclusively for real-name authentication, with no secondary use.
Advance.AI
Advance.AI assists in validating user identities and mitigating fraud risks. The selfies and ID photos submitted by users are utilized solely for face-matching and identity confirmation.
Data Processing:
All image information is collected with the user’s explicit consent, transmitted through encrypted channels, and applied only to identity verification tasks.
AppsFlyer
AppsFlyer helps analyze acquisition sources, user behavior flows, and ad conversion efficiency to enhance our marketing and product strategies. We may collect device identifiers (such as Android ID or GAID), installation and launch events, and in-app activity data.
Data Processing:
All transmitted data is encrypted, and AppsFlyer does not access any sensitive personally identifiable information.
Firebase SDK
This application incorporates the Google Firebase SDK (by Google LLC) to monitor app performance, understand user interaction trends, and improve advertising effectiveness.
Data Processing:
Firebase is not used to gather sensitive personal or financial details, including names, phone numbers, or bank account information.
